Iain and Kate Field are the passionate farmers behind Leap Farm, a sustainable livestock and goat dairy enterprise located on the Lower East Coast of Tas. As two young professionals living in Sydney life wasn’t satisfying and wanted more, so they decided to become farmers. Now dedicated to sustainable agriculture, they focus on producing ethical, high-quality meats and goat cheese while prioritising environmental stewardship. Recently, reducing waste, they have launched a luxuriant skin care range using whey and olive oil. By integrating innovative practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and animal welfare, the Fields have created a thriving, resilient farm.
